Q: Will I need to take out or sign a contract?

A: No. All we ask is for three months initial business from you. After that time we are confident you won’t want to leave. However, if you do decide it’s not for you we simply ask for one month’s notice so we can manage your account and make sure there are no outstanding orders, returns or payments.

Q: How do I sign up?

Q: Is there a set up fee?

A: No, this is all incorporated in your initial free consultation.

Q: Is there a membership fee?

A: Should you decide that you’d like to take advantage of the savings we identify, our rates are 20% of the saving achievable in Year 1. From Year 2 onwards the rate of membership will differ depending on the size of business. However, your membership will never exceed what you paid for your first year. This way we can guarantee we continue to save you money year on year.

Q: Can I cancel my account?

A: Yes. All we ask is that you give one month’s notice, but we’re confident you won’t leave us – why stop being Froogal?

Q: Why can you buy cheaper than I can?

A: The simple truth is that we buy in bulk for many different business. By pooling the volume, and negotiating with our suppliers on the total quantity, we can secure the very best price possible for you.

However, the benefits we offer are not all about price. We make your purchasing simple; one point of contact, regularly reviewed supply base, ongoing tendering of goods and services, and delivering the best value  on a daily basis.

Furthermore, you receive access to management reporting, an online order platform, a team of professional procurement experts, and so much more; hence you SimplySave cost, time and effort.

Q: Why should I not use a competitor?

We have strong service ethics and promise you will be treated as an individual and we will tailor our offer to your needs. You are not just an account number to us. We also promise that our team of Froogal’s will leap into action at your command.

Q: How do you make money?

A: We have a number of mechanics that generate revenue and cover our costs. Primarily the membership you pay, but we also have payment triggers from our suppliers. Your membership also covers the cost of setting up and administering your account. We may also have agreed benefit sharing and other similar schemes designed to suit all parties.
